Meet the Owners
Tim and Helen Germany

Helen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and previously worked with CNC machinery and in quality control before transitioning into education as an elementary school teacher. Her mix of technical know-how and teaching experience gives her a sharp eye for detail and clear client communication.
Tim is a U.S. Navy veteran who spent 16 years in the automotive industry, building a reputation for integrity, problem-solving, and customer service. He brings that same people-first approach to construction, making sure homeowners feel heard and confident throughout the project.
Together, we blend practical skills, technical insight, and genuine care for our community. Improclean is our family’s way of helping other families take care of their homes.
